The Asan Sharing Foundation announced on the 18th that it will reorganize and operate the Innovation Ecosystem Partnership, a project that sponsors organizations and organizations operating in the field of start-ups and social innovation, as a support system in 2025.

The “Innovation Ecosystem Partnership” is a sponsorship project of the Asan Sharing Foundation that supports events and educational programs of various institutions and organizations so that entrepreneurs and social innovators can expand their networks and strengthen their capabilities. Last year, the project supported 30 events and activities with a donation of about 250 million won. A total of 7,800 participants were given the opportunity to expand opportunities for challenges and exchanges across the ecosystem.

This year, it reflected the changing ecosystem environment, including global exchanges, climate crisis response, youth entrepreneurship education, region, and resilience, and reorganized the direction of the sponsorship project to meet the foundation’s management goals.

First, reflecting the Asan Sharing Foundation’s management goal of 2025-2027, Frontier Entrepreneurship, it will support activities to broaden the boundaries of the ecosystem. In line with Frontier Entrepreneurship, which means presenting the direction of the ecosystem to overcome existing limitations and move toward wider possibilities, we will expand support for activities that entrepreneurs and social innovators challenge to strengthen their global exchange and overseas expansion capabilities and problem-solving capabilities to respond to the climate crisis.

In addition, the Asan Sharing Foundation will focus on activities to expand community and social responsibility, including the creation of an ecosystem for youth entrepreneurship education, strengthening innovation capabilities of entrepreneurs and social innovators outside the metropolitan area, and strengthening resilience to help re-challenge after failure.

The sponsorship targets institutions and organizations that sympathize with the Asan Sharing Foundation’s goal of spreading entrepreneurship, including education, events, seminars, and conferences that match each sponsorship topic. It does not support individuals, single schools, institutions, companies, or specific members, or government-hosted and organized events, political and religious purposes, or for-profit and marketing purposes.

Applications for sponsorship of innovative ecosystem partnerships are available through the foundation’s website. The donation is up to 10 million won in cash, and the final sponsorship will be decided through a separate internal review after submitting the application for sponsorship.
